At SHELYNN, we want you to shop with confidence. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.
30-Day Return Policy
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, items must be:
- Unworn, unused, and in original condition
- Returned with original tags and packaging
- Accompanied by proof of purchase or order confirmation
To start a return, please contact us at support@shelynn.co.uk with your order number and reason for return.
Once your request is approved, we’ll provide return instructions and the return address. Please do not send items back without contacting us first, as unauthorized returns may not be accepted.
Damaged, Faulty, or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@shelynn.co.uk with photos of the issue so we can resolve it as quickly as possible.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, certain items cannot be returned, including:
- Swimwear or underwear without hygiene seals
- Beauty or personal care products
- Customized or personalized items
- Gift cards
Items returned in used, worn, or damaged condition may not be eligible for a refund.
Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different size or style, please return the original item and place a new order once your return is approved.
UK & EU Consumer Rights
If your order is shipped to the UK or European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receiving your items, in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws.
Returned items must be unworn, unused, with tags, and in original packaging.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the approval status.
If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Please note that processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
