Shipping information

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days, excluding weekends and public holidays. Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Free standard shipping is available to the United States, United Kingdom, Canada, Australia, and New Zealand. Estimated delivery is 6–12 business days. Delivery dates are estimates and may be affected by customs, weather, or carrier delays.

Some orders may arrive in more than one package so that available items can reach you sooner. When this happens, you will receive separate tracking information as it becomes available.

Every order includes tracking. A shipping confirmation email is sent after dispatch, and tracking updates may take 2–4 business days to appear.

Please check your shipping address before placing an order. If you notice an error, contact us immediately. Once an order has entered processing, an address change may not be possible.
