Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Estimated delivery is 6–12 business days to the United States, United Kingdom, Canada, Australia, and New Zealand. Standard shipping is free, and tracking is included.

Why did my order arrive in more than one package?
To get your items moving sooner, products may be fulfilled by different partners and arrive separately. Each package will have its own tracking details when available. You will not be charged extra shipping for split deliveries.
How can I track my order?
Use the tracking link in your shipping confirmation email. Every order includes tracking, and updates may take 2–4 business days to appear after dispatch.
Can I change or cancel an order?
Contact us as soon as possible after ordering. We will do our best to help, but once processing has started we may not be able to change or cancel the order.
What is your return policy?
Eligible items can be requested for return within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging. For hygiene reasons, opened or used personal-care and beauty tools cannot be returned.
What if something arrives damaged or incorrect?
Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging. We will review the issue and make it right.
