Return Window

Returns must be requested within 30 days of the delivery date.

Return Eligibility

To qualify for a return:

  • Items must be unworn, unused, and in original condition

  • All original tags must still be attached

  • Items must be returned in their original packaging

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns for:

  • Swimwear or intimate items with removed hygiene seals

  • Gift cards

  • Final sale items clearly marked as non-returnable

How to Start a Return

To request a return, please contact us at support@shelynn.co.uk and include:

  • Your order number

  • The reason for your return

Please note that returns sent without prior authorization may not be accepted.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received is faulty, damaged, or incorrect.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Refunds

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the approval of your refund.

Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photo evidence so we can resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
